With a wide range of disorders and includes a unique mix of acute intensive inpatient and chronic longitudinal outpatient care. In the process of care-giving we need to be highly skilled to perform all clinical and interventions such as Pediatric kidney biopsy; initiation of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (acute and chronic), plasmapheresis, continuous renal replacement therapies; interpretation of renal biopsies; interpretation of renal imaging procedures to chronic care and outpatient care for children who are in need. And I can confidently say Dr. Mehta's Hospital is one such place to fulfill all the requirements of optimal pediatric renal care across India, especially in Tamil Nadu.
